ABOUT US

More than a decade in the wine industry cultivated Janine’s love for food, and in particular combinations of flavours – something that is at the very core of Dodds & Dütler.

 

She draws inspiration from around the world, from Japan to the Middle East, then creates her own unique, local interpretation using locally sourced ingredients, ranging from fynbos honey to West Coast seaweed, making home-cooked meals really come alive. 

The Dodds & Dütler range gives her enormous freedom to express herself, continually experiment and push boundaries. 

If she’s not tending her herb garden or walking her dogs on the mountain, you can find Janine in her happy place: the kitchen – either testing new combinations of ingredients or preparing food for her family.
