Rub into meat, chicken and fish before roasting or grilling.
Add to roast vegetables and potato wedges before baking.
This seasoning really comes into its own on the braai, rubbed onto lamb chops or steak. Sprinkle or grind directly onto salads, avocado or freshly sliced tomato even scrambled eggs.
Combine with olive oil to make a dipping sauce for fresh bread, or add flavour to bruschetta by brushing with the oil and herb mixture before toasting.
